TWE Open Enrolment Course Cancellation & Transfer Policy (2018-)
Before a program begins, TWE incurs substantial administrative cost related to participant registration. Therefore, we offer the following participant withdrawal credit/transfer structure if you are unable to participate in a course on a given date:
Credits:
Any remaining balance of a paid tuition may be applied to another TWE program within one year of the original program start date. After one year, the balance is considered non-refundable. To use credit for an upcoming course, you must contact TWE directly to request participation (do not use the online booking system - booking arrangements must be made directly with TWE). Participation in a specific course is subject to availability. All requests will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis with prioritization equal to other participants in queue.
Transfer of credit to another participant:
Credits are transferable to another participant. Transfer requests must be received in writing, by email, stipulating the transferee, chosen course and new date the participant wishes to attend. The transferee will be assumed to be paying the enrolment difference unless otherwise noticed, and reservation to any course will be subject to full balance being received. All requests will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no fee for the transfer, though we cannot guarantee specific accommodations (i.e. dietary needs) with less than 72 hours notice.

- More than 16 calendar days before start date: 100% Tuition paid, less CAN$50.00 processing fee, will be available as credit to apply to any TWE Course within 1 year from the date of participant withdrawal
- Between 15 and 5 calendar days before start date: 85% of tuition paid, less CAN$50.00 processing fee, will be available as credit to apply to any TWE Course within 1 year from the date of participant withdrawal.
- Less than 4 calendar days before start date: 70% of tuition paid, less CAN$50.00 processing fee, will be available as credit to apply to any TWE Course within 1 year from the date of participant withdrawal.

- The participant does not enrol in another program within one calendar year of the original program date.
- The credits are transferred more than (3) times (note: withdrawal structure and processing fees apply every instance a participant withdraws from a course.)
